Flowers for Bruce-ernon

Without going into specifics, there’s a very real catalyst that’s been in effect for the past couple of months that I credit with awakening all this creativity. I won’t go so far as to say that this catalyst is the creativity because I’ve always tended toward artistic pursuits. But even during phases where I seemed to be producing, I’ve never produced on the level that I’m producing right now.

I told Dave in an IM yesterday morning that while it’s not a big worry, and—honestly—not even a blip on the radar of worry, I have to say that I’ve had at least a fleeting thought that at some point all this might regress the same way Charlie Gordon’s intelligence faded away.

  1. Comments are still slightly borked for the time being. I can now get all the comment text, but any paragraph formatting is lost. Please comment as normal, and I'll keep working to get things straightened out.
  1. I loved that book -- it made me sad, but I liked it.
