At the moment I can’t remember exactly why, but for some reason I got it in my head that I wanted to visit a website that I used to follow pretty regularly. The thing was, I couldn’t remember the name of it. I knew I linked to it at one point in time (way back when I was blogging as “Unusually Suspect” with Movable Type), but I couldn’t find any archived copies of the site in the cornucopia of files that I have stored on my NAS.

And then I remembered Archive.org. And sure enough, the had an archived copy of a page from my site from 2002 that included a link to the site I wanted to visit.

Ain’t the internet grand?
